Man is a social animal. The latter, generally assumed in the derogatory sense, stands true. Its not merely opinion. It is a truth that subconsciously thrives within each of us constantly eating off our conscience in a most beautiful way. Disillusioning us with an array of materialistic and apparently spiritual pleasures.

I am a hypocrite. You reading this right now are a hypocrite. All of us highly evolved ‘humane’ beings are hypocrites. It’s not some immature frustration or venom that this is being written because of. What could be more probable is the onslaught of perpetual pretence that is omnipresent has spearheaded this piece of agony, agony in double quotes. Besides the sarcasm and whatever lingual skills devised, the feeling is tremendous. I might be writing this tonight hoping that tomorrow someone reads this and commends my effort. But what really is this effort for? Extremes could range from revolting to all confirmations or in the other case just satiating my ego.

But there is a miniscule problem. Probably when you read this, I might not be in the same state of mind. But what then has prompted me to let you read this, if not that same disturbed state of mind. This evolution of grey within us humans has not only destroyed the natural processes of life but complicated matters for the worse.

Religions, politics and economics have become the dominant shareholders for human greed. All for selfish motives. We want to support the family, entertain the friends, please the seniors, honour the apparent gods and ‘GOD’ knows what.

If this is read by 10 people, 9.5 might pass it as some bullshit or as already mentioned, a ‘vent for anger’. The other point five which could be you is that point five because only that much of you would agree to what is being said. The rest of you might tell me that I need to forget about this shit and continue with life. Nobody’s listening. Whom are you speaking with? What is the purpose of writing this? When will I grow up and behave responsibly? Interesting thoughts.

You have reached here for nothing. Stop reading this. Its not some ridiculous affair that you need to digest entirely to mock at me. You can stop and do that right now. I might do the same thing reading this some day. And that is exactly the point where we lose our integrity as an intelligent species.

I don’t intend to spark a revolution. I’m not sure if I can. I don’t want to make you agree. I’m not sure if I can. I don’t wish this world was a better place. I’m not sure if its worse. Its beautiful right now with the five grand Gucci sunglasses that guy’s bought. But that doesn’t really hide all the filth. It’s just given a new sepia texture to look stylish.





I thought of a way to understand or rather define ‘human existance. Here’s an experiment. Take about 100 random human beings. Trap them in a room. Make sure that the room has no source of light whatsoever. Assuming you are in there, open your eyes. What you see around you is darkness. What you hear around you is chaos. That’s all that there is to our existance. And whether you escape and survive is more of a negative rhetoric than an assertive statement.

People talk about god. People talk about right and wrong. People talk about good and bad. In some cases even ugly. Only the last statement, sums for all the people in the preceding lines.

Today right for an individual are the things that someone does within the preset limit that he or she has allocated. Anything beyond it could be termed as tolerable or disgusting. There are other limits to gauge that. This continuity flows throughout.

Come to think of it the wheels of social life pivot around math and science. GOD bless Galileo. The Christians would have got drunk and fallen of the edge of the flat earth they once fantasized. I hope you don’t expect anything intelligent about that apple falling on Newton’s head. Its just about being down to earth. Gravity is a catalyst.

The respect of Islam for women and the spirituality that governs Hindutva are both amazing. No disrespect to the doctrines and theories or the way of life that they preach. But there seems to a bit of an error in the setup file downloaded by the prophets. The contemporary emulation of religious ideologies has ghastly graphics and consumes too much of hardware.

Why can’t we all live like one being? Why isn’t religion something that doesn’t eventually get down to killing other? Today Cadbury’s is generic for choclates. Xerox for photocopying. Coke for cold drinks. This does not justify the hold religion has over life.

A million gods they say. One would spend 90 percent of their life span to pray to each one if done ideally. But what do you pray for? The other 10 percent.

Humanity was religion. Greed is. Survival was instinct. Self-attainment is.

Fuck all of this. Pardon the profanity. Its a meaningless four letter word formulated to describe the one act that beautifully employs all of our senses, with great intensity, at one time. Oxford wouldn’t quite agree. So fuck Oxford.

Its a pity that I’m left with right now that I will look back at this piece as just an outburst of agony, agony being in double quotes again. Or so I think. I hope it might mean something to me even remotely someday. I wouldn’t mind being outcast even a millionth of a fraction of the way Galileo was. That’s my judgement of it. I guess I’m trying to sound modest now.
No comparison was intended in the last paragraph. All characters mentioned bear no resemblance to any persons living, dead or outcast by the Christian church.

If you have reached here I gather that you are someone with patience and understanding. I would not judge your intelligence because I can’t do the same for myself.
